To book your holiday or check availability simply click on "Search Dates above" and enter your required holiday dates. You will be presented with a list of available accommodation. Simply click on your preferred choice and click on price box. If you do not wish to book online, please telephone any of the numbers 077 897 87555 – 078 354 70796 and a member of our team will complete the booking with you over the phone and provide you with all the relevant information that you need. We are open 10am – 8pm – 7 days per week. To reserve the accommodation, make a booking request and fill in your details. We require a deposit of £100.00 (which will be refunded within 7 days of your departure providing the accommodation is left clean and tidy and there are no damages. Deposit payment can be paid by credit/debit card, pay pal or bank transfer. Once a payment has been received, you will receive a booking acknowledgment via email and when the full balance has been paid [4 weeks prior to holiday] you will receive a holiday confirmation email. Platinum 3 bedrooms (38ft x 12ft) sleeps 6 Full size steps leading to caravan entrance with a small platform. Living room patio doors lead you onto a front facing decking area complete with rattan furniture & table with breath taking views looking out towards the water front with Arran and Ayrshire providing the perfect backdrop beyond.

Situated on a quiet pitch a few minutes’ walk from the entertainment, bar & restaurant complex. Access to the beach is less than 2 minutes’ walk for the caravan.

Full Gas central heating and Double Glazing throughout

The lounge has been finished to a high standard with close attention to details to make your stay a true home from home experience.

It has a newly installed wall mounted 42″ Sharp Smart TV & KBSound bluetooth sound system/DAB Radio with ceiling mounted speakers. It also has an electric coal effect fire.

Kitchen has an integrated fridge freezer, built in microwave and a 5 range gas hob & oven. All crockery, pots and pans included.

Family Bathroom has a double shower, WC and wash hand basin with built in mirrored vanity unit & shaving point.

Master Bedroom has a double size bed with overhead storage with a dressing table with mirror. Built in wardrobes and overhead storage master also features a wall mounted 32” TV with build in DVD. En-suite WC and wash hand basin with vanity unit.
A travel cot would fit in the double bedroom.

Bedroom 1 & 2 – Each of the twin Bedroom has 2 full size single beds, wardrobe and overhead storage, room has wall mounted 22” TV/DVD player & USB socket

A fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector is provided for your safety.

Vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board and a hairdryer are also provided for your convenience.

How can I make a reservation?

The best way to make a reservation is to click on the availability tab, click on your arrival date on the calendar and proceed through the reservation steps. We can reserve the caravan while awaiting your deposit payment. But, if you have questions, don´t like online booking or would like dates currently not shown as free, Telephone or send a text message to 078 354 70796 – 077 897 87555 . We are always happy to answer questions and to help!

What is your payment policy?

A returnable deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your holiday. Full payment is then due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payment plans can be arranged at no extra cost. Deposit payment is refunded to you within 48 hours providing the caravan and contents is left in the same condition as you hired it, with no damage or excess cleaning.

When is full payment due?

Payment is due 4 weeks before arrival. This can be paid through the website, or by bank transfer. Please telephone for alternative methods.

How do I access the caravan?

There is no need to queue at Reception, you go directly to caravan at your arrival time.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Check-in time depends on what area of the park you choose to stay. Please ask when booking. Check-out is 9am for all areas. If you would like an earlier check-in or a late check-out, you can select this during the booking process.

Do I have to pay for the facilities?

Only if you will be using them. Entertainment Passes are required to use the swimming pool & entertainment complex. We do not include Passes with our prices. Bookable options and Access to facilities is not guaranteed

Can we bring our Dog with us?

Dogs are accepted in Selected Caravans only and must be kept on a lead when outside the Caravan. Please bring your dogs bed or basket for sleeping in. Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing. We know its not the best job in the world, but in order to maintain the general up-keep of the Park – and avoid our guests discomfort by treading in anything nasty! – we do ask that you clean up after your dogs and place any doggy doo in the bins provided. We must be advised if you are bringing a dog.

Do you have caravans available for a Disabled Guest?

Yes, we have Caravans suitable for anyone with disabilities. Please advise us if there will be a disabled person/persons staying in order that we can allocate a suitable Caravan.

Is WIFI available?

Wifi access is available for casual internet browsing in Brigs of Ayr Restaurant (inc terrace) and Air Space.

Is there Private Car Parking at the caravan?

Several caravans have private parking. Please read the description of your chosen caravan

Will a Travel Cot fit in the main bedroom?

Selected Caravans are suitable for a Travel Cot in the main bedroom. Please check description.

Are Towels included?
