The best way to make a reservation is to click on the availability tab, click on your arrival date on the calendar and proceed through the reservation steps. We can reserve the caravan while awaiting your deposit payment. But, if you have questions, don´t like online booking or would like dates currently not shown as free, fill in the enquiry form at the bottom of the calendar page or Telephone 078 354 70796 – 077 897 87555 or 0141 644 4282. We are always happy to answer questions and to help!
A returnable deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your holiday. Full payment is then due 6 – 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payment plans can be arranged at no extra cost.
Deposit payment is refunded to you within 48 hours providing the caravan and contents is left in the same condition as you hired it, with no damage or excess cleaning.
Check-in time depends on what area of the park you choose to stay. Please ask when booking. Check-out is 9am for all areas.
If you would like an earlier check-in or a late check-out, you can select this during the booking process.
Only if you will be using them. Entertainment Passes are required to use the swimming pool & entertainment complex. Under 4 years of age do not require a pass - free. We can purchase passes on your behalf if you prefer to have them in the Caravan for your arrival or you can purchase these from reception. Extra activities have additional charges . Go Karts, carnival etc is pay as you go.
Entertainment Passes are not included in prices. These are optional and can be added later or purchased on arrival.
Entertainment passes are required to access the swimming pool, entertainment complex, children's clubs.

Activities such as Archery, Fencing, Football Academy, Aqua Gliders. Learn to Swim and much more will require Activity Passes which is a separate pass (which can only be purchased from Reception). Go Karts, carnival is pay as you go.
Dogs are accepted in Selected Caravans only and must be kept on a lead when outside the Caravan. Please bring your dogs bed or basket for sleeping in. Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing. We know its not the best job in the world, but in order to maintain the general up-keep of the Park – and avoid our guests discomfort by treading in anything nasty! – we do ask that you clean up after your dogs and place any doggy doo in the bins provided. We must be advised if you are bringing a dog.
Yes, we have Caravans suitable for anyone with disabilities. Please advise us if there will be a disabled person/persons staying in order that we can allocate a suitable Caravan.
