The living area is spacious with beautiful sea views. Free standing 2 seater & 3 seater which is also a sofa bed. Patio doors to the front lead out to a large wrap around deck with patio furniture. It has a Flat Screen TV with Freeview and a separate DVD player. It also comes with Blue Tooth music connection.
The modern fully fitted Kitchen comprises of an ironing board and iron, oven with and a gas hob, microwave oven, full size fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, sandwich maker, dishes crockery, children’s plates and cutlery and also picnic plates, glasses etc that can be used outdoors.
The Dining Area has free-standing Dining Table and 6 chairs.
The Master Bedroom has a Double Bed, full size wardrobe, dressing table with drawers and bedside tables. There is also a Hairdryer.
Both Twin Bedrooms have Two Single Beds with small wardrobe and drawers.

There is a Private Car Parking space at the back of Caravan. There is a full deck with gate. Double Glazing and Central Heating.

Buckets & Spades for the sunny beach days. There is a Picnic set for food at the beach and patio set for eating on the deck. The view is stunning as the beach is only 30 meters away with Isle of Arran in the background. The sunsets are AMAZING! . Only a 4 minute walk to main events area. Local bus also comes onsite to take you into Ayr town. Many Historical attractions are in the surrounding areas and don’t forget just 10 minute walk along the top path takes you to the fantastic Heads of Ayr Farm Park for the kids and probably some “big kids” too!
