It is fully Double Glazed with Gas Central Heating in all rooms

There is a separate bathroom with bath and shower, WC and wash hand basin and ensuite shower room in each of the two double bedrooms.

Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (two double and one twin bedroom with single beds). There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge.

The lounge is spacious and equipped with wall mounted 65 inch 4K smart TV with separate DVD/CD player, 3 seater sofa with sofa bed, a 2 seater sofa and coffee table.

The modern fitted kitchen has gas hob and oven with cooker hood, integrated fridge freezer and microwave, integrated dishwasher and automatic washing machine, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery etc. Free standing table and 6 upholstered chairs with patio doors leading out to decking.

The spacious master bedroom has king size bed, dressing table and stool, walk in wardrobe, wall mounted 43 inch 4K smart TV with separate DVD/CD player and ensuite with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Other double bedroom has king size bed, dressing table and stool, wall mounted 55 inch 4K smart TV with separate DVD/CD player, ample cupboard space and ensuite with shower, WC and wash hand basin

Twin bedroom has 2 full size 3ft wide single beds with wall mounted 45 inch 4K smart TV and 32 inch HD TV and ample wardrobe space.

There is a bathroom with bath/shower, WC and wash hand basin.

A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and hairdryer and wifi is provided for your convenience.

A fire extinguisher and smoke alarm and fire blanket are provided for your safety.

There is also a security alarm fitted which is monitored by Craig Tara staff.

This is a strictly NO SMOKING holiday home.

There is private parking at the caravan for 2 cars.
