Guarantee - Get a Refund or change your dates if the Park has to close during the dates your booked to stay with us or the UK Government restricts Travel. To book your holiday or check availability simply click on "Search Dates above" and enter your required holiday dates. If you do not wish to book online, please telephone any of the numbers 077 897 87555 – 078 354 70796 and a member of our team will complete the booking with you over the phone and provide you with all the relevant information that you need. We are open 10am – 9pm – 7 days per week. To reserve the accommodation, make a booking request and fill in your details. We require a deposit of £100.00 (which will be refunded within 7 days of your departure providing the accommodation is left clean and tidy and there are no damages. Deposit payment can be paid by credit/debit card, pay pal or bank transfer. Once a payment has been received, you will receive a booking acknowledgment via email and when the full balance has been paid [4 weeks prior to holiday] you will receive a holiday confirmation email. We accept instalment arrangements at no extra charge. Full payment can be paid by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

  • Being very busy with work it's important for us to spend time with the kids, so we love to get away every so often just to have a change of scenery, I loved it here the staff at ayr123 were so friendly and the kids absolutely loved it. The evening entertainment was good and the pool was one of the best we have been to.

  • Just returned after a 7 night break with our family with 2 teenagers and a 3 year old. We all had a great time, our caravan was lovely with great sea views. Kids loved the swimming pool, amusements and food in the restaurant was lovely. Lots to do round about the area too

The feeling of light and space is accentuated by the feature front patio doors which provide sea/beach views. This Holiday Home provides a deluxe retreat for you and your family.

Inside this Holiday Home you have a Lounge which has a settee and armchair, coffee table, 43-inch LED TV on TV Unit, Free view and Bluetooth CD DAB radio system with iPhone 5/6 dock. also, UPGRADED sky plus HD which now includes all sky sports and movies channels

Large modern Kitchen with combination Oven and Hob/Grill with electric ignition, Integrated Fridge and separate Integrated Freezer, Integrated Dishwasher, Microwave, Electric Kettle and Toaster, dishes, crockery etc.  Iron is also provided. USB Charging sockets available in lounge and master bedroom.

The Dining Area has free-standing Dining Table and upholstered dining chairs.

There is 3 Bedrooms.

The Master Bedroom has a Double Bed, full size wardrobe with drawers. There is a 19-inch Flat screen TV with free view.

Twin Bedroom has Two Single Beds with wardrobe and drawers. There is a 22-inch Flat screen TV with free view and DVD.

Second Twin Bedroom has Two single beds with wardrobe and drawers. There is a 19-inch Flat screen TV with free view.

Shower room has Shower with thermostatic controls. Wash hand basin and WC.

A further Separate WC and Wash hand basin.

An upright vacuum cleaner is provided. There is also a hairdryer.

There is also a dishwasher provided.
There is a Private Car Parking space at the rear of Holiday Home.

A Fire Extinguisher and Smoke Alarm, CO Detector are provided for your safety.

A deposit of £100 is required to reserve your booking. We will also use the £100 for any damage or breakages which may occur during your stay. Deposit is refundable within 48 hours of departure, providing the accommodation is left in a clean and tidy condition. Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled.

Dogs welcome. Please note: The following Dogs are not accepted on Park: Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro & Japenese Tosa, XL Bully. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Lead Person must be 25 years or over -- No Stag or Hen Groups -- No Smoking Permitted anywhere inside Caravan or at windows/main door/patio door of Caravan -- If you wish to smoke, please do so outside the caravan - please refrain from discarding cigarette ends outside of caravan, use ashtray provided -- Any damage or breakages must be paid for, we ask that you look after and treat all items in caravan as if they were your own -- Please respect neighbours and keep noise to reasonable levels & place rubbish in the designated refuse areas.
